Join the 2021 Summer Reading Program: Reading Colors Your World!
June 1 – August 8
(Early registration starts May 3!)
For All Ages!
The Crystal Lake Public Library Summer Reading Program tradition continues this summer! Read books and ebooks; listen to audiobooks; or (for our younger patrons) listen as someone reads to you. Then record your reading minutes on a reading log (download a pdf of the reading log below) or at CrystalLakeLibrary.Beanstack.org (online logging starts June 1), and earn chances to win prizes!
As always, the Summer Reading Program is available to readers of all ages – kids, teens and adults. The program is open to residents of the city of Crystal Lake AND to kids (and their families) who attend a school in Crystal Lake.
Register for the Summer Reading Program at CrystalLakeLibrary.Beanstack.org. Track your reading minutes online and win award badges along the way. As you progress, you can earn chances to win other exciting prizes. The grand prize will be a Julie Ann’s Frozen Custard truck party for you and 30 of your friends.
Register in Person
When the Library reopens, you can register for the Summer Reading Program at the Adult or Youth Services desks. We hope to reopen in June!
