Request for Proposals – Cleaning Services
The Crystal Lake Public Library is accepting proposals for cleaning services for the library property as outlined in the RFP document and the Contract for Cleaning Services. These documents can be accessed by clicking on the links below.
A mandatory site inspection for all properties will be conducted by appointment. Interested parties can schedule an appointment with Scott Zator, Building Maintenance Manager at 815.526.5106.
Questions must be submitted in writing to the library by one of the following ways:

Questions must be submitted by noon on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. The library will post written responses on the library website, www.clpl.org, in the form of an addendum by the end of day Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024.
Completed proposals should be addressed to Karen Migaldi at 126 W. Paddock St. Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Proposals are due by 9 p.m. on August 14, 2024.
