National Library Week Author Panel

A coalition of McHenry County public libraries will host five fiction authors: Christina Clancy, Sonali Dev, Nancy Johnson, Sara Maurer and Rachel Swearingen. The authors will discuss their craft and books. Books will be available for purchase and signing. This event is hosted by McHenry County Libraries Unite. CLPL cardholders only. Registration required. Wanted: Very Important Volunteers!
Would you like to help out this summer at the library and earn volunteer credit? Crystal Lake Public Library is looking for Very Important Volunteers (VIVs) who are interested in learning new skills and earning service hours. Pick up a VIV application at the Youth or Adult Services desks and return completed applications by Friday, May 1. Volunteers must be 12 years old by June 1.
